If you’re not at ease with using technology, this might affect your enjoyment. However, our Innkeeper is available during set hours to assist you, and after hours, you can reach our Concierge via text. Please keep in mind that these features are in beta, and we’re continuously making enhancements.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation. Upon request and if availability allows, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m.
Villa Arden Hills enforces strict “no party” and “no event” policies to ensure a tranquil environment for all guests and to honor our neighbors. If you’d like to host an event, you can contact thevilla@ardenhills.club directly to arrange it. When you book a room, you agree that any events or professional projects need prior approval from the Arden Hills Concierge. Event booking requires a deposit, event-specific rates, and a signed contract. To get started, simply email thevilla@ardenhills.club.
While we love our furry friends, only Service Animals in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) will be allowed on property. It is important to note, in accordance with Assembly Bill 468, it is illegal to misrepresent an Emotional Support Animal as a Service Animal.
