How To: Member Portal – Signing In For The First Time

Accessing the Member Portal for the first time unlocks your member account and allows it to be used via the portal and the mobile app. To login to your new Member Portal and begin making reservations for Club use, please visit and use your member number as the username, with your last name (in lowercase) as the password. For example:

Username: 12345
Password: applebean

Once you successfully log in you will be asked to create a password and create a set of security questions related to your member record.

Upon successfully logging in, select Activities from the sub-menu.

From the Activities page you can create reservations for the Golf Simulators, Tennis Courts, and Lap Swimming. Find the time and resource you will like to reserve, select it, and then select Save to create your reservation. If you experience any issues logging in for the first time, please email the Concierge ( directly, or call from 9am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.


After successfully signing in to the Online Member Portal for the first time, head over to the Apple or Android App Stores and download the Arden Hills mobile app. Once downloaded, view this video on how to begin making reservations:
