This May, we are honoring the Nordberg family! JD, Angela along with their two beautiful sons – Dylan and Cooper, have been Members of Arden Hills since the summer of 2013. In their time here, the Nordberg’s haven’t been anything short of shy – JD is a part of the AH Master swimming program and also partakes in spin classes, Angela takes yoga and spin classes, and their two boys are on our Otters Swim team! You will almost always find this family spending time at the pool with their friends!
JD and Angela believe that the most important part of living their lives with wellness as the foundation are the lessons they are teaching to their kids. Since JD and Angela’s favorite workouts are so diverse, ranging from spin class to lifting weights, they both believe that exercise provides a healthy outlet for everyone within their family. Nourishment for this family is just as up to par as their priority of exercise – during the summer, they love BBQ chicken with roasted vegetables or kabobs!
Outside of the Club, JD runs a Salesforce.com consulting practice based in San Francisco and Angela is an Oncology nurse at Sutter in Roseville. As a family, they love to travel and make life one-long weekend with their friends and family! The motto they follow?: Give thanks for all your blessings, above all else love and you will do wonderful things in this world. Thank you for being such amazing Members, Nordberg family!
